With the announcement of the ‘Finland’s Best Online Store’ competition a few months ago, we’ve been hard at work over the past few months working closely with OP Bank. Not only are we making this free competition available to every eCommerce company in Finland, we are also releasing a fully-featured analytics tool designed to enable these companies to manage their customer experience strategy with one software.
As usual, we release incremental updates to Feedbackly to squash bugs, add new features, and improve existing ones. We listen to the suggestions and feature requests of all of our users, and you can send us a chat message on our website or in our app to let us know what you’d like to see in the software. Here are the notes for today’s update:
We’ve been cooking up something special for the Finnish eCommerce industry over the past few months. We have officially partnered with OP, Finland’s largest bank and purveyors of online payment processing tool Checkout to create an advanced analytics tool for eCommerce companies to measure their customer experience strategy. This tool will allow companies to measure every step of their customer journey and allow them to see exactly where their customer experience is succeeding, and where it needs work.
What do sales teams do on a daily basis? That’s exactly what Elina Long, student at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, wanted to know.
Elina joined us at our Helsinki office to ask questions, shadow our sales team and gain insights into the inner workings of a functioning sales and marketing team. With a positive attitude, a strong knowledge of sales processes and a willingness to learn, Elina fit right in with the spirit of the team here at Feedbackly.
Feedbackly and the City of Helsinki have teamed up to bring the next generation of customer experience services to the Finnish healthcare system. The city’s brand new, state of the art Health and Well-Being center in Kalasatama, Helsinki is the first site to integrate Feedbackly’s customer feedback software into Softbank Robotics’ flagship humanoid robot, Pepper.
“Would I like to win a new iPhone? Of course I would”
Is there any other answer to this question really? When it comes to generating leads and gathering valuable contact details from customers and prospects, there are very few more effective methods than creating an irresistible incentive like a new piece of tech.
That’s why we created the Feedbackly iPhone Competition. We wanted to create a strong enough incentive for customers to leave unbiased feedback so that our users get the most amount of feedback possible, while gathering valuable marketing and sales leads at the same time.
And the best part? You don´t actually have to worry about buying iPhones to give away, we’ve got you covered. We draw the name at random and contact them directly to let them know that they have won the prize!
After a much needed update, the new Feedbackly website has launched! It includes a new aesthetic, easier signup, and easier to understand features and product information. As always, we are continuously improving and will be reading all feedback collected through our Feedbackly survey integration. Continue reading “Feedbackly Has A Brand New Website!”
Feedbackly offers a truly a worldwide service for our customers. After launching our subscription service last year, we are very proud to have customers in 500 cities around the world. One thing which has allowed us to be so successful internationally is the fact that Feedbackly supports the use of nearly 60 different languages. While we won’t gloat for too long (that would be contrary to our Finnish culture), we are immensely proud of our team and we welcome all new and soon to be new users of Feedbackly to be part of our family! See all of the cities in which Feedbackly users are located below: Continue reading “Feedbackly is proud to have customers in 500 cities worldwide”
A week of hard work under the sun…
At Feedbackly’s Helsinki HQ, we are strangers to the sun. That’s why we like to treat our employees to a warm getaway every once in a while. This time, we set our sights on the beautiful beach town of Sitges as our new office for the week. 30 minutes south of Barcelona, Sitges gave us wonderful weather, vibes, and culture to help us bring the best CX tools to our customers. We rented a beautiful beach house with a pool to serve as our temporary workspace and the results were a happy team, great ideas, and memories that will last forever. Between sunset beach jogs, lunchtime surfing sessions, and late night churros, the Feedbackly team has never been more like a family.
Meet Santiago Osorio, Feedbackly’s new Key Account Manager. Santiago has over 7 years of experience as a consultant, entrepreneur, and marketer in internationalization and business development, market entry and sourcing in emerging markets. He speaks English, Finnish, Spanish, French and Mandarin, so the rest of the team has some catching up to do! We caught up with him during his first week in the office.
